Great Ideas: Part 4

We always like to share great ideas, and this time sure has brought the creativity out!
- A couple of weeks ago, Rev. Scott Miller of Wilmington United Methodist and Pastor Julie Rudd of the Wilmington Friends House, a Quaker community, brought their choirs together to create a social distance ensemble in the hopes of bringing joy to shut-ins. Residents were able to step onto balconies and open their windows to listen. Read more about it here.
- And this was so cool! A virtual worldwide United Methodist Easter choir performed Charles Wesley’s “Christ the Lord is Risen Today.” Close your eyes and you can imagine them all being together. What a joyful noise!
