Safe Gatherings Tip

You are the administrator for the Safe Gatherings system at your school or organization. How do you check the status of pending applications? It’s easy!

Login with your administrator credentials. On the administration page, go to the Links box and click on Pending Applicants. You will see a list of people who have not completed one or more parts of their registration. Click on a person’s name to find out the Applicant Details to see which section(s) of the application have not been completed. You can also export this report as a CSV document by clicking on the “Export as CSV” link at the top left of the Pending Applicants page.
