Want to know who is Safe Gatherings approved? Need to know who is pending and just needs to provide a new reference? As a Safe Gatherings administrator, you have access to lots of reports that can help you with your admin duties. All you have to do is log in and the information is right at your fingertips. Here are some of the reports you can run:

Approved Applicants report: This report enables administrators to view all of the applicants from their organization who have been approved, along with contact information and dates of approval and expiration.

Pending Applicants report: This report shows pending applications, including contact information and status of pending items. After running this report, the administrator can advise applicants to log in to find out which of their items are still pending.

Applicant Status report: The church administrator can get an overall view of applications and which areas still need to be completed. Are several people missing the same pastor reference? This report will tell the administrator they should communicate with that pastor to get things moving.

Expiration report: In this report, the administrator can search for applicants who are expiring in 45 days, 21 days or within a certain date range.
