If you are the administrator on your Safe Gatherings account, did you know that you can easily change your payment options in the Safe Gatherings system? It’s easy and takes just one step.

“How do I change from Applicant Pay to Organization Pay?” is a common question we get from Safe Gatherings administrators.

It’s easy to make this change. Login to your admin site (call us if you need a reminder of your login information). In the box that says “Review Payment Options,” simply check “Applicant Pay” or “Organization Pay.”

If you do choose Organization Pay, please give us a call so we know who to contact about billing.

Also, if you select Applicant Pay, you still have the option to pay for some of the applicants by clicking on “Coupon.” This will generate a coupon code to give to a single applicant.
