You run into Janice in the lobby on Sunday. She says she has started a Safe Gatherings application and wants to know whether she will be approved soon. Later, you check your reports and don’t see her on the approved or expired report. Where do you find her?

Answer: Look at the pending report on your Safe Gatherings administration page. Once you have the report on your screen, you can click on Janice’s name to pull up her status and see the components that are not yet complete. For example, if she hasn’t completed the Safe Gatherings online training course, you can remind her. Or if one of Janice’s references has not responded, you can ask her to follow up with that person or provide a different reference.
